Orders Orders are accepted through our online shopping cart, e-mail,or phone.

Payments Opening order must be paid in full prior to shipment. If desired, Net30 may be established after opening order by providing 3 credit references.
Payment methods accepted are: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Money Order or Check.
PayPal –Registered PayPal users can send payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Mastercard and Visa – You may pay with credit card through Paypal without having an account OR you may call in your information to 401-792-3596 (Laura Winward).
Check and Money Order – Payment must be received within 10 days of time of order. Orders paid for by check will be held for a minimum of 7 days to allow for clearance of funds. Checks returned for any reason will incur a minimum $25.00 service charge even if the check cleared on a second submission to your bank.

Shipping Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders shipped within the US and Canada. Shipping is automatically calculated by the shopping cart. All orders are currently shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Ground. The shipping and handling is based on ground shipping to the US 48, therefore Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may incur further shipping charges above the amount shown on the shopping cart. You will be notified of any additional charges and must approve the changes before your order will be processed. All items are made when they are ordered, therefore please allow up to 14 days for shipping (excluding holidays and Sundays). You will be notified by e-mail or phone if for any reason your order will not ship within this time period.
Returns All items are individually inspected and hand packed to ensure no damaged items leave our facilities. If your order is damaged in shipment please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com. Since we cannot guarantee the purity of bath & body items once they leave our facility we are unable to accept returns on those items.
